Habitat for Humanity, Rappahannock County

We designed a new single family house for the Habitat for Humanity in Rappahannock County, Virginia. The three bedroom, one story house is built on a crawl space. It was a challenge to locate the house on site because of the steep sloping lot. With no room on the site for a yard, a deck was designed across the entire right-hand side. The living and dining rooms open onto the deck.
