The Coastal

The coastal was designed as a beach house but is also ideal for a mountain retreat or resort house. An open, airy first floor has a large screened-in porch running the length of the house. The porch opens to a front and rear deck that encourages alfresco living. A cupola surrounded by windows in the central stair landing allows natural light to flow into the second floor and living room below.
