Foxcroft School Maintenance Building

The challenge of this project was how to integrate an 18,000 square foot utilitarian maintenance building with the brick and slate historic academic structures on this beautiful campus. The solution was to employ the traditional gable-roofed forms and colors of the existing buildings rendered in split-faced concrete masonry and metal wall and roof panels.

The new building consolidated the disparate maintenance staff locations and provided a state-of-the-art facility for all the maintenance personnel that serve the needs of the school.
