- Do you need help with site selection and/ or locating the building on the site?
- What is your construction schedule and budget; including the architect’s fee? Do you have the resources or available financing?
- What are your expectations for the architect and the project?
- Do you have a contractor or do you need help in selecting one? Will the project be negotiated or let out to bids?
- What level of architectural services do you require? There are many options that we will discuss with you which will affect the amount of the architect’s compensation.

- An agreement detailing the responsibilities of the architect and the client and the architect’s compensation.

- Bidding or Negotiation Services; assistance with bidding or negotiating with a contractor on a project
- Contract Administration Services; on-site visits during construction, review of Contractor’s submittals, etc.
